Legal
Terms of service.
The general terms for using our websites and buying from our stores. Consumer law always applies on top.
Effective date: September 2026
The short version
You order, we confirm shipment, the contract exists. Prices include EU VAT where applicable and delivery costs are shown before payment. You keep every consumer right your country gives you, including withdrawal and the legal guarantee.
Scope
These terms govern the use of kiramekicommerce.com and, as general terms, purchases from the stores operated by KIRAMEKI COMMERCE LLC. Where a store publishes its own terms of sale for a market, those prevail for that store.
The seller
KIRAMEKI COMMERCE LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, registered office 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, contact info@kiramekicommerce.com.
Orders and contract
An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud or unavailability, refunding any amount paid.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency of the store. In the EU they include VAT where applicable; delivery costs and any import charges are shown before payment. Payment is taken at the time of order through the store's payment providers.
Delivery
As described on the shipping page and at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Withdrawal and returns
As described on the returns page. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Legal guarantee
Consumers in the EU benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (at least two years); other statutory guarantees apply where you live.
Liability
We are liable under applicable law for death, personal injury, fraud and defective products. Beyond that, our liability for a purchase is limited to the price paid for the order, to the extent the law allows.
Intellectual property
Site content, store names and marks belong to the company or its licensors. Product images and descriptions may be used only to evaluate a purchase.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, which always apply. Consumers may bring claims before the courts of their own country and may use the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies available where they live.
