Returns & refunds.

The 14-day legal right of withdrawal, our 30-day return window on top, and exactly how a refund is paid.

The short version

Consumers in the EU and UK can withdraw within 14 days; we accept change-of-mind returns for 30 days. Email us first for the return address. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days (for withdrawals, counted from your notice; we may wait until the goods are back or you show proof of shipment). Defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded at our cost.

Right of withdrawal (EU and UK)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise it, tell us in writing (email is enough, or use the model form below) within that period and return the goods within 14 days of telling us.

Our 30-day return window

On top of the legal right, every store accepts returns of unused items in their original packaging for 30 days after delivery, for a refund or exchange.

How to return

Email info@kiramekicommerce.com (or the store's contact page) with your order number and the items you are returning.
We reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and a return reference.
Ship the items with tracking and send us the tracking number.

Please do not send returns to our registered office; it is an administrative address and parcels sent there cannot be processed.

Return shipping costs

For withdrawals and change-of-mind returns, you pay the cost of returning the goods unless the store states otherwise for your market. For defective, damaged or incorrect items, we cover return shipping or, where reasonable, refund you without asking for the item back.

Refunds

For withdrawals, we refund you within 14 days of being notified of your decision; we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier. For other returns, the refund is made within 14 days of receiving the goods. Refunds go to the original payment method and include the price paid and the standard outbound delivery cost for full-order withdrawals.

Items that cannot be returned

Sealed hygiene or personal-care items that have been unsealed, perishable goods, and personalised items — unless defective. Items must be unused and in their original packaging for change-of-mind returns.

Defective or incorrect items

Consumers in the EU have a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years. If an item is defective or not what you ordered, write to us with photos; we replace, repair or refund at your choice within what the law allows.

Disputes

We aim to resolve every issue directly by email. EU and UK consumers may also refer a dispute to the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body or consumer authority of their country of residence.
