Information for consumers
The right of withdrawal, the legal guarantee and our return procedure are described under returns & refunds. EU and UK consumers may refer a dispute to the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body or consumer authority of their country of residence. We are not obliged to, and do not, participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board unless required by law.

Where we sell, we register with the national producer-responsibility schemes for packaging (and, where applicable, electrical equipment and batteries) and contribute to the collection and recycling of the packaging we place on the market.
